The Youth Empowerment Consortium (YEC) has officially announced the appointment of Abdul-Rahman Salifu as its Executive Director for Partnerships and International Relations, a strategic role aimed at strengthening institutional collaborations and expanding YEC’s global engagement.
Abdul-Rahman Salifu is a youth development and partnerships professional with demonstrated experience in strategic alliance building, stakeholder engagement, and international cooperation within the non-profit and development space. In his role at YEC, he is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with local and international institutions, development agencies, and youth networks to support resource mobilization, institutional growth, and global visibility.
His appointment aligns with YEC’s vision to deepen cross-sector collaboration and position youth-led initiatives within broader national and international development frameworks. Through strategic partnerships, Abdul-Rahman is expected to play a key role in scaling YEC’s programs and strengthening its influence across governance, leadership development, and youth empowerment platforms.
